Blokes Choir is something like a men's choir, plus much more!
Established in 2024, we are an unaffiliated, not-for-profit, member driven group.
We welcome all blokes who like to sing, with or without prior experience.
We are unlike any other choir in Townsville.
Blokes Choir has two components:
We sing together primarily for fun, camaraderie, challenge, and well-being.
We also aim towards performances, for those that feel comfortable, prepared and ready, that is, after we have practiced!

- Ensemble with expert facilitators for those able to make a regular commitment to sing together, creating a social network, challenging themselves to improve and build a repertoire of songs to enjoy.
- Workshops with special guest facilitators for those who can’t make a regular commitment yet still interested in participating on a casual or a “come-n-try” basis.
We sing together primarily for fun, camaraderie, challenge, and well-being.
